YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO BIRDS AND PEOPLE

Volunteer Training | Saturday, September 17 | 9am–3pm | FREE

Learn how you can be a part of this wild and special place where East, West, and Central Texas ecosystems converge.

Volunteer opportunities include education programming for all ages, administration, animal care, guiding hikes, special events, visitor support, habitat and trail maintenance, and more.

Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center has an opportunity to match your interests and schedule.

This is a great opportunity for Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists, those interested in environmental science and conservation, retired teachers and people who love birds and nature.

Basic training is from 9:00 to Noon. Lunch will be provided for participants. After lunch, participants will be split into groups for specialized training based on their area of interest. Specialized training times vary, but will run no later than 3:00p.
